What We Do
For companies, investors and institutions building in Africa
Whether entering a new market, designing a capital strategy, developing a pilot, positioning a transaction or building partnerships, Lote Tree helps clients move forward with clarity and confidence.
We help clients structure, position and mobilise capital across debt, equity, concessional finance, grants, guarantees and blended finance.
We support companies and investors to assess markets, identify partners, navigate regulatory pathways, engage stakeholders and design practical entry strategies.
We stay close to execution: supporting pilots, partnerships, investor materials, commercial models, local operating structures and transaction readiness.
